PLACING AN ORDER
Placing an order online is quick and easy! Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to order into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a your details. When your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email. If you need to amend your order after it's been placed, please contact us.

All our goods include 20% VAT.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
Our standard UK delivery charge is £6.50 for all orders under £150 (before VAT). All orders of £150 or more (before VAT) will be sent without a carriage charge.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days on a next day delivery service, but will keep you updated on the process of your order and will let you know if there are any delays.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES
Carriage outside the UK is dependent on weight of order. We use a selection of international couriers in order to find the best price possible for your order and this will be quoted after your order is placed. If you have any questions regarding carriage, please contact us.
Our products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order. Stormy Knight Ltd is not responsible for any of these charges.

RETURNS
On receipt of your order you must notify us of any errors or damages within 48 hours via phone or email. Returns will only be accepted in the case of faulty goods. In this case it is recommended that you send returns using a guaranteed postal service to ensure safe delivery.

BACK ORDERS
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

PRIVACY POLICY
Stormy Knight Ltd does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
